Bicep Curl on Stability Ball with Leg Raised
This exercise incorporates balance along with a bicep curl.
Secondary Muscle : Calves, Quads, Forearms, Hamstrings
Steps
- 1. Grasp a dumbbell in each hand with a palms up grip.
- 2. Place the top of one foot behind you on a Stability Ball (see illustration) as if you were stretching your leg.
- 3. Keep your back straight and your abs drawn in.
- 4. Bring your arms down in front of your legs.
- 5. Raise your arms up, curling and contracting your biceps.
- 6. Lower your arms and return to starting position and switch legs.
