Flexor Incline Curls
This exercise was designed to keep the stress on the biceps.

Steps
- 1. Sit on an incline bench with your feet firmly on the floor in front of you.
- 2. Grasp a dumbbell with your palms facing up.
- 3. Bring your arms down to your sides and keeping your wrists as straight as possible raise your wrists to your shoulders.
- 4. Concentrate on squeezing your biceps as your contract (raise) your arms.
