Back Flys With Resistance Bands

Back Flyes will strengthen your upper back and improve your posture.

Steps

  1. 1. Place a resistance band mid-waist high around a post or exercise machine. Keeping your feet together, you abs tight, and your knees slightly bent, stand far enough beack from the post that there is tension in the band.
  2. 2. From there, bring your arms back in a controlled manner until they are parallel to your sides. Slowly return your arms to the starting position.
