Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows
This exercise is excellent for developing overall back strength.

Steps
- 1. Keeping your knees bent and your back straight, pick up the barbell. Grasp the bar with a reverse or underhand grip.
- 2. Slowly pull the barbell to your abs. Keep your elbows tucked in to your sides. Pause at the top of the exercise then lower the barbell in a controlled manner.
