Lying Triceps Press
This is another classic exercise for building the triceps.

Steps
- 1. Lie on a flat bench with your head at one end.
- 2. Grasp a EZ or Curl bar with an overhand grip.
- 3. Raise the bar straight up over your shoulders, keeping your elbows close in.
- 4. Slowly lower the bar in an arc over your head.
- 5. Return the bar to the starting position.
