Old School Reverse Extensions

As the name suggests, this is an old classic exercise that hits the triceps hard.

Steps

  1. 1. Lie down on a bench with your head at one end.
  2. 2. Grasp a barbell with an underhand grip.
  3. 3. Move your arms beyond your head and keep them in a straight line.
  4. 4. Bending only your elbows, slowly lower and raise the barbell.
