Triceps Pushdown
This exercise is the original version of the triceps pushdown.

Steps
- 1. Stand in front of a cable machine and attach a short bar to a high pulley.
- 2. Grasp the handle with an overhead (palms facing down) grip.
- 3. Draw your abs in and keep your back straight.
- 4. Keeping your elbows at your side push the handle down towards your thighs.
- 5. Pause for a moment and then return to the starting position.
